Il tour, intitolato The Wow!

DEAD POET SOCIETY, A MAJOR BOOST FOR THE BAND: HEADING ON TOUR WITH MUSE

A new and significant chapter is about to begin for Dead Poet Society, the American alternative rock outfit set to join Muse on their European tour in November 2026. For the band, the opportunity marks an important milestone in a journey that, after years of relentless touring and international exposure, is bringing them before an increasingly larger audience.

The announcement comes at a crucial moment for the group, which released its new album, Monarch, on October 2. The record, their third studio effort, represents another step forward in the evolution of Dead Poet Society's sound, blending sharp guitar work, alternative rock atmospheres, powerful dynamics, and songwriting capable of balancing intensity with introspection.

Frontman Jack Underkofler spoke enthusiastically about the upcoming experience, describing the chance to tour alongside Muse as almost surreal. The singer recalled how influential the British band's music had been on his artistic development, emphasizing the personal significance of sharing the stage with one of the groups that helped fuel his passion for music.

The tour, titled The Wow! Signal, will kick off in the United Kingdom before traveling across several major European cities, with Dead Poet Society serving as the main opening act. Confirmed dates include Manchester on November 12 and 13, London on November 15 and 16, and Berlin on November 18. The tour will then arrive in Italy for two shows on November 20 and 21, 2026, at Milan's Unipol Dome, before continuing through Düsseldorf, Paris, Amsterdam, Montpellier, and Zurich, with performances scheduled through December 8.

Formed in Boston in 2013 and later relocating to Los Angeles, Dead Poet Society have built a strong reputation thanks to a distinctive sound that combines alternative rock, modern influences, and an intense emotional edge. Throughout their career, they have shared stages with numerous international acts, gaining the live experience that will prove essential when performing in some of Europe's largest arenas.

With Monarch, the band aims to further strengthen its musical identity, while the opportunity to tour with Muse could introduce their music to an entirely new audience. It is a pivotal moment for the group, which now faces the challenge of transforming this high-profile exposure into another major step forward in its career.

For Italian fans, the Milan arena dates will not be the only chance to catch Dead Poet Society live. The band is also set to return to the city on February 14, 2027, for a headlining performance at Magazzini Generali, offering fans the opportunity to experience the group in a setting focused entirely on its own repertoire.

With a new album, a prestigious European tour alongside one of rock's biggest modern bands, and growing international momentum, Dead Poet Society find themselves at a particularly exciting point in their career. The task now is to seize the opportunity and confirm their place among the most promising names in today's alternative rock scene.
