Floor Jansen torna con un nuovo capitolo della sua carriera solista e lo fa con un brano che segna un ritorno deciso a sonorità più metal e dirette. L’ex voce dei Nightwish ha pubblicato il nuovo singolo “Run”, disponibile da venerdì 26 giugno 2026 su tutte le piattaforme digitali.
Il brano rappresenta una svolta artistica più ruvida e immediata rispetto alle produzioni recenti, con una forte componente elettrica e un approccio vocale ancora una volta potente e riconoscibile. La stessa Jansen ha descritto questo momento creativo come “l’inizio di qualcosa di più pesante e diretto”, lasciando intendere una nuova fase della sua carriera.
In parallelo al singolo, l’artista ha annunciato anche l’HYTRESS Tour Europeo 2027, che la porterà nei club e nei teatri di tutta Europa tra gennaio e febbraio 2027, seguito da una serie di date in Sud America nel mese di aprile.
La tournée europea prenderà il via il 14 gennaio 2027 ad Antwerp, in Belgio, al Trix, per poi proseguire il 16 gennaio 2027 a Londra, Regno Unito, all’Electric Ballroom. Il tour toccherà inoltre alcune delle principali città del continente, tra cui Parigi (Francia), Pratteln (Svizzera), Praga (Repubblica Ceca), Varsavia (Polonia), Stoccolma e Gothenburg (Svezia) e Helsinki (Finlandia), fino a concludersi con due date nei Paesi Bassi: Utrecht, TivoliVredenburg, e Tilburg, 013.
Dopo la fase europea, Floor Jansen si sposterà in Sud America per tre concerti già confermati: il 22 aprile 2027 a Santiago del Cile, al Teatro Coliseo, il 24 aprile 2027 a São Paulo, Brasile, al Bangers Open Air, e il 25 aprile 2027 a Buenos Aires, Argentina, all’El Teatro Flores.

Floor Jansen returns with a new chapter in her solo career — and she does it with a track that marks a decisive shift toward heavier, more direct metal sounds.
The former Nightwish vocalist has released her new single “Run”, available from Friday, June 26, 2026 on all digital platforms.
The song represents a rougher, more immediate artistic turn compared to her recent productions, driven by a strong electric component and a vocal approach that is once again powerful and unmistakable. Jansen herself described this creative moment as “the beginning of something heavier and more direct”, hinting at a new phase in her artistic journey.
In parallel with the single, the artist has also announced the HYTRESS European Tour 2027, which will take her to clubs and theaters across Europe between January and February 2027, followed by a series of South American dates in April.
The European tour will kick off on January 14, 2027, in Antwerp, Belgium, at Trix, before continuing on January 16 in London, UK, at the Electric Ballroom. The tour will then reach several major cities across the continent, including Paris (France), Pratteln (Switzerland), Prague (Czech Republic), Warsaw (Poland), Stockholm and Gothenburg (Sweden) and Helsinki (Finland), concluding with two shows in the Netherlands: Utrecht (TivoliVredenburg) and Tilburg (013).
