Il rock dei Queens of the Stone Age è pronto a tornare in Italia.

QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE, RITORNO IN ITALIA: LIVE A PORDENONE NEL 2027

Queens of the Stone Age are set to bring their rock sound back to Italy. The American band led by Josh Homme have announced a one-off date in the country for 2027: on Sunday, June 27, the group will headline a show at Parco San Valentino in Pordenone, as part of their new European tour, the Perfecth World Tour 2027.

The concert will be one of the most eagerly anticipated opportunities for Italian fans to see one of the most influential and distinctive acts in contemporary rock perform live once again. The lineup will feature Josh Homme, Troy Van Leeuwen, Michael Shuman, Dean Fertita and Jon Theodore, ready to deliver their signature sound, built around powerful riffs, desert-inspired atmospheres, driving rhythms and a blend of alternative rock, stoner and hard rock.

The show will also offer fans the chance to hear songs from Perfecth, the band's ninth studio album, released on October 30, 2026. Produced by Josh Homme alongside bassist Michael Shuman, the record features nine tracks and explores dark sonic landscapes, more delicate passages and richly layered arrangements. Both the title and the album's concept draw inspiration from Kintsugi, the ancient Japanese art of repairing broken pottery by highlighting its cracks with gold. The technique becomes a metaphor for life's experiences, wounds and the ability to start over.

In Pordenone, the new material will inevitably be joined by the songs that have defined the band's career, from No One Knows and Go With the Flow to Little Sister and Make It Wit Chu. The set promises an intense evening of energy, psychedelia and the unmistakable sonic identity of the Californian band.

The event will also be part of Pordenone's music calendar as the city prepares to become Italian Capital of Culture 2027, further highlighting the international scope of the programme planned for next year.

As for tickets, the My Live Nation presale will begin on Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 10:00 AM, while general ticket sales will open on Friday, November 6, also at 10:00 AM, through Ticketmaster and TicketOne.

The date is now set: on June 27, 2027, Pordenone will become one of the key Italian destinations on the international rock calendar. For Queens of the Stone Age fans, this is certainly a show not to be missed.
