I Crossbone Skully annunciano il loro secondo album in studio, “Condemned To Rock N’ Roll”, in uscita il 29 gennaio 2027 per earMUSIC. Il progetto, guidato da Tommy Henriksen, chitarrista di Alice Cooper e Hollywood Vampires, segna un nuovo capitolo per una band che ha costruito la propria identità attraverso un hard rock diretto, energico e fortemente legato alla tradizione del rock’n’roll.
Il nuovo disco sarà composto da 14 tracce e nasce dalle influenze che hanno accompagnato Henriksen nel corso della sua carriera: dal metal degli anni Ottanta al classic rock, passando per pop, country e altre sonorità. Un insieme di riferimenti diversi che confluisce in un album pensato per rappresentare lo spirito e la personalità dei Crossbone Skully.
Ad anticipare il lavoro è arrivato il nuovo singolo “Riding With Angels”, disponibile sulle piattaforme digitali e accompagnato dal relativo video. Il brano mostra un lato più riflessivo della band e, secondo Henriksen, è dedicato alle persone che lo hanno accompagnato nel suo percorso, sostenendolo e aiutandolo nei momenti più importanti.
Il singolo segue “Thunder Love”, pubblicato ad agosto e realizzato con la partecipazione di Phil Collen dei Def Leppard. Due brani differenti per atmosfera e approccio, scelti per anticipare la varietà sonora che caratterizzerà il nuovo album.
Accanto a Henriksen troviamo la chitarrista Anna “Blackthorn” Cara, anch’essa legata alla formazione di Alice Cooper, mentre la produzione coinvolge nuovamente nomi di primo piano. Robert John “Mutt” Lange torna infatti nel ruolo di produttore esecutivo, affiancato dagli ingegneri Mike Plotnikoff e Olle Romo, dal tecnico del mastering Howie Weinberg e dal mixer Jay Ruston.
La tracklist comprende brani come “Let’s Kick Some Ass”, la title track “Condemned To Rock N’ Roll”, “Thunder Love”, “Riding With Angels”, “Warriors”, “Victory” e “Nobody Cares”, fino alla bonus track “It’s Never Too Late”.
Dopo il debutto “Evil World Machine”, pubblicato nel 2024, i Crossbone Skully si preparano quindi a inaugurare una nuova fase della loro storia. “Condemned To Rock N’ Roll” arriverà il 29 gennaio 2027 e promette di proseguire il percorso della band tra grandi riff, melodie hard rock e un immaginario profondamente legato alla cultura del rock’n’roll.

CROSSBONE SKULLY, THE NEW ALBUM “CONDEMNED TO ROCK N’ ROLL” IS COMING
Crossbone Skully have announced their second studio album, “Condemned To Rock N’ Roll”, set for release on January 29, 2027 via earMUSIC. The project, led by Tommy Henriksen — guitarist for Alice Cooper and the Hollywood Vampires — marks a new chapter for a band that has built its identity on direct, high‑energy hard rock deeply rooted in rock’n’roll tradition.
The new record will feature 14 tracks and draws from the influences that have shaped Henriksen throughout his career: from ’80s metal to classic rock, with touches of pop, country and other sounds. A blend of diverse references that comes together in an album designed to represent the spirit and personality of Crossbone Skully.
The release is preceded by the new single “Riding With Angels”, available on digital platforms and accompanied by its official video. The track shows a more reflective side of the band and, according to Henriksen, is dedicated to the people who have supported him throughout his journey, helping him through pivotal moments.
The single follows “Thunder Love”, released in August and featuring Phil Collen of Def Leppard. Two songs with different atmospheres and approaches, chosen to preview the sonic variety that will define the new album.
Alongside Henriksen is guitarist Anna “Blackthorn” Cara, also part of Alice Cooper’s touring lineup, while the production once again involves major industry names. Robert John “Mutt” Lange returns as executive producer, joined by engineers Mike Plotnikoff and Olle Romo, mastering engineer Howie Weinberg, and mixer Jay Ruston.
