Dall’11 settembre 2024 a oggi, Thunder Rock ha trasformato un’idea indipendente in una realtà editoriale, radiofonica e podcast capace di attraversare generi, territori e confini.
Un viaggio fatto di musica, incontri, collaborazioni, artisti e notizie, guidato da una convinzione rimasta immutata: il rock non ha mai smesso di tuonare.
L’11 settembre 2024 iniziava ufficialmente il percorso di Thunder Rock, nato dalla visione, dalla passione e dalla determinazione di Arianna Rebel e Drew, due fondatori che hanno scelto di trasformare il proprio amore per il rock in un progetto concreto e indipendente.
Oggi, 11 settembre 2026, Thunder Rock festeggia il suo secondo anniversario.
Ventiquattro mesi di crescita ed evoluzione hanno trasformato il progetto iniziale in un vero ecosistema dedicato alla musica: podcast, radio online, magazine, Rock News, interviste, recensioni, approfondimenti, live report ed eventi, con un'attenzione particolare alla scena underground e indipendente.
Nel tempo Thunder Rock ha costruito una propria identità editoriale, scegliendo di raccontare la musica non soltanto attraverso la notizia, ma anche attraverso le storie, gli artisti e le realtà che ne rappresentano il presente e il futuro.
Le Rock News seguono quotidianamente nuove uscite, concerti, festival, artisti e protagonisti della scena Rock, Alternative, Metal, Grunge e Noise, affiancando ai grandi nomi internazionali una particolare attenzione agli artisti emergenti.
Accanto al magazine, la Thunder Rock Station porta il rock direttamente agli ascoltatori attraverso lo streaming online, con una programmazione dedicata al rock, al metal e all’alternative music.
E se c’è un elemento che rappresenta l’anima originaria del progetto, è il podcast.
Thunder Rock Podcast ha sviluppato una programmazione fatta di episodi, playlist, speciali e approfondimenti, dando spazio ad artisti affermati, band indipendenti e nuove realtà della scena musicale.
Un momento importante è arrivato l’11 settembre 2025 con la 46ª puntata, speciale dedicato al primo anniversario. Un episodio che celebrava i primi dodici mesi attraverso una playlist con Dead Poet Society, Nothing But Thieves, KALEO, Royal Blood, BRKN LOVE, Highly Suspect, Reignwolf, Blues Pills, Kadavar e Rag’n’Bone Man.
Dopo quel primo traguardo, il percorso è proseguito con nuovi progetti, tra cui Indie Storm, format curato da Arianna Rebel con la collaborazione di Drew e dedicato agli artisti emergenti e indipendenti.
Interviste, storie, percorsi artistici e nuove produzioni diventano protagonisti di uno spazio nato con un obiettivo preciso: offrire una vetrina a chi sta costruendo oggi la musica di domani.
Questa filosofia ha portato anche a importanti collaborazioni.
Tra queste Rock Shelter, community dedicata agli artisti rock indipendenti che oggi riunisce circa 250 band, creando occasioni di confronto, condivisione e collaborazione e mettendo in connessione musicisti e professionisti del settore.
Importante anche il rapporto con Wanikiya Record/Promotion, etichetta e ufficio stampa attiva dal 2017 nel mondo del rock, del metal e della musica underground. Una collaborazione che rafforza la volontà di creare ponti tra artisti, promozione, informazione e pubblico.
Dietro Thunder Rock c’è una squadra.
Arianna Rebel segue la parte radiofonica e i contenuti podcast, mentre Drew coordina la sezione Rock News insieme allo staff editoriale. Al loro fianco lavorano Ella Wild e Isabella Pinazzi, impegnate nella selezione, nella scrittura e nella diffusione delle notizie musicali. Vins contribuisce allo sviluppo dei format audio e dei programmi radio, mentre Joe Mercante cura sigle e contenuti che contribuiscono all’identità sonora del progetto.
Una squadra con ruoli diversi, unita dalla stessa direzione: portare avanti una realtà indipendente capace di parlare di musica con passione, curiosità e autenticità.

From September 11, 2024 to today, Thunder Rock has transformed an independent idea into an editorial, radio and podcast reality capable of crossing genres, territories and borders.
A journey made of music, encounters, collaborations, artists and news — guided by one conviction that has never changed: rock never stopped thundering.
Thunder Rock’s path officially began on September 11, 2024, born from the vision, passion and determination of Arianna Rebel and Drew, two founders who chose to turn their love for rock into a concrete and independent project.
Today, September 11, 2026, Thunder Rock celebrates its second anniversary.
Twenty‑four months of growth and evolution have transformed the initial project into a true ecosystem dedicated to music: podcast, online radio, magazine, Rock News, interviews, reviews, features, live reports and events, with a special focus on the underground and independent scene.
Over time, Thunder Rock has built its own editorial identity, choosing to narrate music not only through news, but also through the stories, artists and realities that represent its present and future.
Rock News follows new releases, concerts, festivals, artists and key figures from the Rock, Alternative, Metal, Grunge and Noise scenes every day, pairing major international names with particular attention to emerging artists.
Alongside the magazine, Thunder Rock Station brings rock directly to listeners through online streaming, with programming dedicated to rock, metal and alternative music.
And if there is one element that represents the project’s original soul, it is the podcast.
Thunder Rock Podcast has developed a schedule of episodes, playlists, specials and features, giving space to established artists, independent bands and new realities in the music scene.
A key moment arrived on September 11, 2025 with the 46th episode — a special dedicated to the first anniversary. An episode celebrating the first twelve months with a playlist featuring Dead Poet Society, Nothing But Thieves, KALEO, Royal Blood, BRKN LOVE, Highly Suspect, Reignwolf, Blues Pills, Kadavar and Rag’n’Bone Man.
After that first milestone, the journey continued with new projects, including Indie Storm, a format curated by Arianna Rebel with the collaboration of Drew and dedicated to emerging and independent artists.
Interviews, stories, artistic journeys and new releases become the core of a space created with a clear goal: offering a showcase to those who are building the music of tomorrow.
This philosophy has also led to important collaborations.
Among them is Rock Shelter, a community dedicated to independent rock artists that today brings together around 250 bands, creating opportunities for dialogue, sharing and collaboration, and connecting musicians with industry professionals.
Also significant is the partnership with Wanikiya Record/Promotion, a label and press office active since 2017 in the world of rock, metal and underground music. A collaboration that strengthens the desire to build bridges between artists, promotion, information and audiences.
Behind Thunder Rock, there is a team.
Arianna Rebel oversees the radio and podcast division, while Drew coordinates the Rock News section together with the editorial staff. Alongside them work Ella Wild and Isabella Pinazzi, committed to selecting, writing and spreading music news. Vins contributes to the development of audio formats and radio programs, while Joe Mercante creates jingles and audio content that shape the project’s sonic identity.
A team with different roles, united by the same direction: carrying forward an independent reality capable of talking about music with passion, curiosity and authenticity.
