Il Suburbiae – Unexpected Fest è pronto a tornare con un'edizione ancora più ambiziosa. Dopo il successo delle prime due edizioni, il festival abruzzese cresce e raddoppia l'appuntamento, proponendo due intense giornate di musica dal vivo, in programma venerdì 28 e sabato 29 agosto 2026, nella suggestiva cornice dell'Arena De Carolis di Teramo, immersa nel verde del Parco Fluviale cittadino.
L'edizione 2026 si preannuncia come la più importante nella storia della manifestazione, grazie a una line-up internazionale capace di unire grandi nomi del rock, del doom, dello stoner e delle sonorità più alternative, confermando il Suburbiae Unexpected Fest come uno degli appuntamenti di riferimento dell'estate musicale italiana dedicata alle sonorità più pesanti e ricercate.
A guidare il cartellone saranno gli australiani Wolfmother, autentici protagonisti della scena hard rock mondiale. La band capitanata da Andrew Stockdale porterà a Teramo il suo inconfondibile sound, caratterizzato da un mix di hard rock, psichedelia e blues che negli anni ha conquistato pubblico e critica grazie a brani diventati ormai dei classici come Woman, Joker and the Thief e Victorious. La loro presenza rappresenta uno degli eventi più attesi dell'intero festival.
Grande attesa anche per i Messa, formazione italiana ormai affermata a livello internazionale e considerata una delle realtà più interessanti del panorama doom contemporaneo. La band veneta proporrà il proprio stile inconfondibile, capace di fondere doom metal, rock progressivo, jazz e atmosfere dark in un'esperienza sonora intensa e coinvolgente.

The Suburbiae – Unexpected Fest is ready to return with an even more ambitious edition. After the success of its first two years, the Abruzzo festival grows and doubles its format, offering two intense days of live music scheduled for Friday 28 and Saturday 29 August 2026, in the evocative setting of the Arena De Carolis in Teramo, nestled in the greenery of the city’s River Park.
The 2026 edition is shaping up to be the most significant in the history of the event, thanks to an international line-up capable of bringing together major names in rock, doom, stoner and the most alternative sounds. Once again, Suburbiae Unexpected Fest confirms itself as one of Italy’s key summer events dedicated to heavier and more sophisticated music.
Leading the bill are Australian rock titans Wolfmother, true protagonists of the global hard rock scene. The band led by Andrew Stockdale will bring to Teramo its unmistakable sound — a mix of hard rock, psychedelia and blues that has won over audiences and critics alike, thanks to tracks that have become modern classics such as Woman, Joker and the Thief and Victorious.
