This is the “Final Cut” version, personally supervised by Oliver Stone, who oversaw the entire restoration process to deliver sharper images, more faithful colors and an immersive soundscape capable of recreating the emotional power of the Doors’ concerts. The original negative was digitized in 4K at 16‑bit, while the restoration was carried out by the renowned Italian laboratory L’Immagine Ritrovata, an international reference point for the recovery of classic cinema.
